The form collects name, optional company, work email, optional phone and the procurement requirement text. Optional budget and supplier preference may be appended to that requirement during submit. Do not send payment card numbers in the form.
Inquiry text is used to clarify specifications, request factory quotes and compare stated inclusions. It is not used to publish customer testimonials. We do not sell inquiry lists.
Retention follows the receiving system configured for this site. Production receipt verification is separate from this policy text. To ask about a submission, use the same contact form and cite the approximate date and part description.
