  1. Vehicle and engine

    Write the model year, make, model and engine or transmission code, then name the present axle and spindle. A year range without flange data leaves the disc brake conversion kit selection unresolved.

  2. Position and interface

    State front or rear, left and right counting, wheel clearance, bolt circle, caliper bolt spacing and disc diameter. Parking-brake interface belongs with rear packages.

  3. Quantity and packing

    Order in sets and declare pieces and components per set. List whether brackets, calipers, hoses, hardware and a booster are expected inside the quoted kit.

  4. Destination and timing

    Provide destination ZIP and a requested delivery window. Production, sample and transport dates come from the quotation, not from this page.

How a sourcing request moves forward

Clarify
Resolve part reference, axle coverage, order unit and whether the buyer wants a complete kit or selected corners. New versus remanufactured supply must be named if both exist.
Request
Ask factories for a comparable quote scope: bill of materials, packing unit, sample terms, Incoterms and destination costs. Minimum order quantity is whatever the supplier states, not a site default.
Review
Compare unit cost, packing, freight, taxes and service fees on the same counting basis. Sample acceptance is not batch traceability for later lots.
Confirm
Record the accepted specification, exclusions, warranty scope and which party owns remaining interfaces such as proportioning valves or parking-brake cables.
